Where Do We Ship To?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer than usual.

At this point in time we are unable to ship internationally.

Order Tracking:  

When Will My Order Ship?

We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. It typically only takes a few days for shipments to go out, depending on the product. 

If you placed an order and have not received any updates after 10 days, please reach out to joanie@nowboardingbeachrentaldecor.com

How do I access my order information and tracking?

To view your order status and information, please navigate to your Now Boarding account dashboard.

 

Receive a damaged or missing item in your shipment? Please fill out our Customer Support Ticket with the following information:

  • order number

  • name associated with your Now Boarding account

  • short description of the issue

  • attach any photos of the damaged product, if applicable

Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible!

Canceling an Order:

How do I cancel an order?

We understand that sometimes you may purchase incorrect items, order a bit too much, or simply change your mind. If that occurs  you can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. To cancel an order please contact a Now Boarding support representative as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out to our Now Boarding customer support team as soon as possible. If the product has already shipped, we'll assist you with the return process.

Returns and Refunds:

What is the return window?

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase, most items can be sent back for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, you will receive your refund within 30 days.

To begin the return process please go to My Account > Orders > Returns. 

You can also submit a return via our Return Form

How do I report damaged or missing items?

At Now Boarding, we take the quality of our products and your satisfaction with your order very seriously! 

In the rare event you receive a damaged or missing item in your shipment, please fill out our Customer Support Ticket with the following information:

  • short description of the issue

  • attach any photos of the damaged product, if applicable
